Lost
After giving
birth to her fifth child, Shiloah Baker was overwhelmed by her size.
She weighed 172 pounds and wore a size 16 on her 5'1" frame.

05/12:
"I am still losing inches. The most
noticeable right now is in my lower abdomen. Its always been
bigger than the upper part of my tummy. But, to lose this is a great thing
for me! My butt is also getting a LOT smaller! ;) I've also started
working out pretty hard- jogging some days and high impact aerobics others- so I
know I'm gaining muscle right now. Anyway, I had a week of frustration and
major cheating... so I didn't lose but 2 inches. Last week and this week
I've been very strict so I hope to
get over this hump soon! ;) "

05/16:
"I have had DRASTIC inches lost- everyone is
noticing and telling me! I haven't seen anymore
budge on the scale, but I'm feeling so trim! I also feel very good!
My blood sugar is under control and so are my cravings! I'm jogging every
day and doing some sort of aerobic video (I alternate them)."
05/24:
"This last week
I've lost another 2.25 inches!!!! :) YAY! My sisters are so excited!
Yesterday we had lunch together and they kept telling me how much I've
lost!! YAY! I've notice the most inches lost in my legs lately. This is
wonderful as I've been really wanting to see these slim down as much as my
upper body. This week I'll be continuing my workout and I will start
doing a little bit of weight lifting to tone and shape my shoulders and
arms. I want to see these trim down more this week. :)
BTW- the inches
lost were from my arms, neck and thighs!"
